The hotel has a beautiful sprawling property and great amenities, particularly the clean and spacious pool. However, the customer service left much to be desired, particularly during our special occasion, which significantly impacted our experience. While the food options were excellent and the check-in process smooth, the lack of attentiveness from the staff was disappointing.
I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the resort, enjoying the spacious and well-maintained property. The pool area was fantastic, and the spa experience was truly refreshing. However, the check-in process was a bit sluggish, and dining options, particularly at breakfast, could use some improvement. Overall, a great spot for unwinding and enjoying quality time.
